Due to the made to order process of all products in our shop, we are UNABLE to accept Returns or Exchanges.

Please double check the size charts and descriptions of the item before purchasing!

In the event that your order arrives damaged , please email us as soon as possible at ancestralmessages1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
